Description:
Responsibilities :- Talk to users and continuously build problem hypotheses and solutions to drive user behavior.- Build a deep understanding of user workflows through qualitative and quantitative insights.- Define success metrics and monitor them to ensure products deliver the promised value.- Work with peers to continuously prioritize products that maximize customer satisfaction.- Work with engineers, developers, and designers shipping delightful product offerings.- Work with business teams to ensure we are always on track towards increasing our ARR.Requirements :- Empathy for user behavior and the ability to marry the same with a data-driven hypothesis.- Excellent written and communication skills to share insights and convince stakeholders.- Comfortable with design wireframing/prototyping on tools like Figma, and Balsamiq.- Familiarity with data crunching through SQL is preferred.
