Description:
Responsibilities: Develop and articulate a clear product strategy aligned with the company's overall goals and vision.Create and manage a comprehensive product roadmap that outlines the planned features and releases over time.Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.Analyze data to make informed decisions about product direction, positioning, and potential market opportunities.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather input and feedback, and incorporate it into product planning.Oversee the entire product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely and quality delivery.Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value and customer impact.Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create a user-friendly and intuitive product experience.Ensure that the product design aligns with user needs and industry best practices.Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the product.Use analytics and data-driven insights to continuously improve and optimize product performance.Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand their pain points, and identify opportunities for improvement.Work closely with customer support to address product-related issues and ensure a positive customer experience.Maintain comprehensive documentation related to product specifications, development processes, and release notes.Define and execute product testing strategies to ensure a high-quality product.Work closely with quality assurance teams to identify and address bugs and issues.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or a related field.Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Familiarity with technology and security trends.Experience working with cross-functional teams and influencing without direct authority.3 years of SWE.2 years of MBA (Top 20 schools)2 years of post-MBA Product Management (ref:hirist.tech)
