we are hiring for Product manager , its work from home.Looking HRM software experience candidate.Position: Product Manager Location: Remote About the roleWe are looking for a highly-motivated, high-energy, results-driven Product Manager to join us. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product roadmap in collaboration with our product engineering, customer success, sales & marketing teamsDuties & Responsibilities- Drive the execution of all processes in the product life cycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch- Develop a vision and roadmap for the product based on input from internal stakeholders, customers, market research and their own industry insight- Create product documents that describe business cases, product features, high-level use cases and technical requirements.- Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing and sales teams for the development and release of product features - Seek customer feedback of product features & user experience to improve effectiveness of the product implementation process provide them maximum ROU- Analyze market data to develop sales strategies, and define product objectives for effective marketing communicationsWork Experience & Skills :- 8-10 years of hands-on experience in Product Management of B2B SaaS products- Prior experience HRTech products is mandatory- Should have excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills- Proven success in overseeing all elements of the product life cycle right from definition, implementation and customer feedback- Prior experience of managing cross-functional teams effectively is must- Should have good eye user experience to improve effectiveness of the product- Prior experience with customer success / marketing / sales teams to execute GTM strategy is good to have- Bachelor or Masters Degree in Business Administration or Product Management will be preferred (ref:hirist.tech)
