About the Role :We are seeking a passionate and experienced Product Owner to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our software products. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of product development, utilizing cutting-edge AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance user experience.Responsibilities :- Break Down High-Level Vision : Collaborate with stakeholders to translate high-level product vision into actionable product roadmaps, milestones, and user stories.- Embrace AI for User-Centric Design : Partner with designers to leverage generative AI tools to create user personas, brainstorm use cases, and refine user stories that ensure a delightful user experience.- Bridge the Gap Between Product and Engineering : Work closely with the engineering team to translate user stories into clear and well-defined technical requirements, acceptance criteria, and data models.- Drive Quality Delivery : Champion a collaborative and iterative development process, actively reviewing engineering deliverables and ensuring alignment with product vision and user needs.- Embrace AI-Powered Workflows : Be open to learning and actively explore generative AI tools to augment your day-to-day tasks, such as generating product documentation, creating test cases, or conducting user research.Qualifications :- At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar product management role.- Proven ability to translate business goals and user needs into clear product requirements.- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.- A passion for user-centric design and a strong desire to deliver high-quality user experiences.- Experience with relational databases and SQL queries is a plus.- A willingness to learn and embrace new technologies, including generative AI tools.Location : Mumbai (ref:hirist.tech)
