About the Role :We are seeking a highly motivated Salesforce Project Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in leading and managing Salesforce projects from conception to completion. You will leverage your deep Salesforce expertise and strong project management skills to ensure successful implementations and customizations that align with business objectives.Responsibilities :Technical Expertise :- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices during application configuration and customization.- Possess a strong understanding of Salesforce Lightning, LWC, Apex, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, Force.com IDE, Force.- com Ajax Toolkit, and Salesforce API integration.- Have experience integrating Salesforce with external systems (e.g., Mulesoft).Project Management :- Design cohesive project strategies and roadmaps.- Foster effective collaboration across all phases of the project lifecycle (development, testing, deployment).- Manage project scope, timelines, budget, and resources effectively.- Create and maintain project plans, communication plans, risk/issue logs, and status reports.- Track deliverables and report project progress to stakeholders.Agile Methodology :Implement Agile methodologies (e.g. , Scrum) to manage projects effectively.- Possess experience as a Scrum Master or familiarity with Agile tools like JIRA.DevOps Practices :- Champion DevOps practices and utilize tools like Copado, Git, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment processes.- Have a good understanding of Salesforce DX.Business Acumen :- Demonstrate a proven understanding of business processes, KPIs, and best practices relevant to Salesforce implementations.- Work effectively with business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable solutions.Leadership and Communication :- Lead, motivate, and mentor the project team.- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.- Possess excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.- Manage stakeholder expectations effectively.- Drive meetings, document discussions, and capture clear action items.Team Management :- Invest in team development by providing training opportunities and encouraging skill development.- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.Additional Responsibilities :- Contribute to RFP creation and participate in recruitment initiatives.- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and best practices.Desired Skills and Experience :- Proven experience as a Salesforce Project Manager.- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management.- Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform (Lightning, LWC, Apex, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, etc.).- Experience with Salesforce integrations and API development.- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (JIRA).- Experience with DevOps practices and tools (Copado, Git, GitHub, CI/CD).- Solid understanding of business process analysis and best practices.- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.- (ref:hirist.tech)
