Description:

Responsible for helping the organization with their infrastructure and platform automation needs. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience, with a strong background in infra/platform development and hands-on experience with configuration management tools and RESTful APIs. Primary Skill : Pulumi development, Python or Java Secondary Skill : YAML, Docker Role Description : We are seeking an experienced Pulumi Developer with 5 to 8 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Pulumi development along with proficiency in either Python or Java. Additionally, expertise in YAML and Docker is preferred. The role demands excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a deep understanding of Linux-based infrastructures and administration.Responsibilities : - Designing and implementing automation solutions using Pulumi to enhance the efficiency, scalability, and security of the organization's infrastructure and platform.- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze system specifications, and develop effective solutions.- Developing and maintaining Pulumi scripts/templates to provision and manage cloud resources across multiple environments.- Integrating Pulumi with other tools and technologies to streamline deployment processes and improve overall system performance.- Troubleshooting issues related to infrastructure automation and providing timely resolutions to ensure smooth operations.- Keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices in cloud infrastructure automation, and recommending enhancements to existing processes.- Creating and maintaining documentation for Pulumi scripts, configurations, and infrastructure components.- Participating in code reviews, performance tuning, and optimization efforts to enhance the reliability and robustness of automation workflows.- Collaborating with DevOps and infrastructure teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and improve deployment workflows.- Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, as needed. Required Skills : - 5 to 8 years of experience in Pulumi development and infrastructure automation.- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python or Java.- Strong understanding of Linux-based infrastructures and system administration.- Hands-on experience with YAML for configuration management.- Familiarity with Docker and containerization technologies.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is a plus.- Relevant certifications in cloud computing and DevOps are desirable but not mandatory.
