Visit us on: www.rysun.com Designation: QA Lead Engineer Job location:- Ahmedabad , Ashram road Responsibility: 1. Building up and leading the Testing Team to the success of project 2. Defining the scope of testing within the context of each release / delivery 3. Deploying and managing resources for testing 4. Applying the appropriate test measurements and metrics in the product and the Testing Team 5. Planning and managing the testing effort for any given engagement. 6. Risk Analysis and Analyze Impact of each Identified Risk. 7. Take counter measures for the identified & Analyzed risk 8. Test Estimation 9. Test Planning 10. Test Monitoring and Control 11. Issue Management 12. Test Report and Evaluation 13. Defining Test strategy. 14. Defining Test Deliverables 15. Define the project Quality goal, or project performance standard 16. Observe the project performance, and compare between the actual and the planned performance expectations 17. Defining quality standards and metrics for the current project/product. 18. Working with all stake holders to ensure that the quality metrics is reviewed, closed and agreed upon. 19. Make the QA team aware of the Quality matrix and resolve all the queries. 20. Create a list of milestones and checkpoints and set measurable criteria to check the quality on timely basis. 21. Reviewing status reports from team managers and taking appropriate actions accordingly. 22. Should be focal point of contact for the QA team for all the escalations related to testing and Quality assurance. 23. Sending crisp and clear status to the higher management. 24. Creating and defining risks contingencies and plans. 25. Seeking feedback from management when and wherever necessary. Skills Required: 1. Analytical Skills. 2. Minimum 3.0 GPA. 3. Knowledge of core Quality Parameters 4. Hand on experience in selenium automation tool / J-meter performance and load test 5. Experience in CI/CD tool. Jenkins. 6. Experience with Microsoft Office/Excel. 7. Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills. 8. Good written and verbal communication skills. 9. Zeal to break the software application. 10. Good interpersonal skills and decision-making skills. 11. Good leadership skills.
