Description:
Job Description :We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA Engineer. The ideal candidate will be proficient in automation testing, familiar with a broad range of automation tools and concepts, and have substantial experience in testing React-based front-ends and Python back-ends. This role involves designing and implementing tests, debugging, and defining corrective actions. The QA Engineer will be responsible for conducting automating testing, unit testing, security penetration testing, and ensuring the overall quality of software solutions through the use of industry-standard testing tools.Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and execute automation scripts using tools such as Selenium, WebDriverIO, or Protractor for front-end testing and PyTest for Python back-end testing.- Perform security penetration testing and familiarity with relevant tools- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end (E2E) testing using automation tools and scripts- Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.- Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.- Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs.- Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.- Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs.- Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts.- Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies..Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.- 3-8 years of experience as a QA Engineer or similar role.- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools, especially Selenium or similar for front-end testing, and PyTest for Python back-end testing.- Experience with React-based front-end and Python back-end testing.- Solid knowledge of automation testing tools and scripting.- Experience with unit testing frameworks.- Experience with security penetration testing and familiarity with relevant tools (e.g., OWASP ZAP, Burp Suite).- Understanding of Agile/Scrum development principles.- Ability to document and troubleshoot errors.- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.- Attention to detail, analytical mind, and problem-solving aptitude.
