Key Responsibilities :Conduct manual testing of web and mobile applications within the e-commerce domainDevelop test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure thorough coverage of functionalityExecute test cases and report defects, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolutionPerform regression testing, smoke testing, and other QA activities to maintain product qualityCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirementsParticipate in test planning, estimation, and strategy discussionsStay updated with industry trends and best practices in software testingKey Requirements :Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field6+ years of proven experience in Manual QA, with a strong focus on e-commerce applicationsProficiency in test case design, execution, and defect tracking toolsSolid understanding of testing methodologies, SDLC, and Agile/Scrum practicesExcellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environmentAbility to work night shifts (mandatory), with rotation and Work From Office (WFO) preferred for Noida location and remote options available for other locationsNice to Have :Automation testing experience using tools like Selenium, JUnit, or similar frameworksExperience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunnerISTQB or other relevant certifications (ref:hirist.tech)
