Objective Capgemini Engineering provides Engineering and R&D services to Telecom & Technology, Automotive, Manufacturing, Aerospace, Railways, Medical Device, Industrial, Energy & Utilities sectors. The incumbent will have a proven track record in building new business with Semicon clients and demonstrated business growth in his previous roles. The incumbent will be accountable for driving new business opportunities with Semicon clients in India and growing with an existing set of assigned accounts to meet the annual and quarterly revenue goals. We are looking for a go-getter, out-of-box thinking, and attitude to win in a competitive landscape. Qualifications BE, MBA (Preferred), Master in Engineering Desired Experience 12 to 20 years of experience Job Responsibilities Lead the Engineering services business growth in India and be a key member of Semicon GTM Build a new customer base and leverage the assigned account base (Contacts, Potential, Competition, Portfolio Positioning) Develop customer value propositions in collaboration with presales and delivery teams. Consultative business development activities, identifying needs and suggesting solutions to customers. Build a good understanding of the industry and competitive landscape and provide timely inputs to the business and delivery teams to help drive continuous improvements. Role Requirement: Business Development and sales experience for Semicon clients for engineering services Meet/exceed annual and quarterly revenue goals. Understand the landscape of Semicon technologies and solutions and the evolution of next-generation solutions. Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills (both written and oral). Ability to Create and implement a new business development plan for the assigned territory. Exposure to IT/Engineering Services industries and experience in working in a large, diverse organization setup. Experience in selling engineering outsourcing services
