KEY RESPONSIBILITIES The responsibilities include all the below but not limited to: Discovering and pursuing new sales prospects Negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. Excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services through email and phone Cold calling people using a given phone directory to sell products or solicit donations MAIN JOB TASKS The main job tasks include all the below but not limited to: Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections Collaborate with team members to achieve better results Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams Explain services and prices, and answer questions from customers. Obtain customer information such as name, address, and payment method, and enter orders into computers. Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers or for customers to attend sales presentations. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the food, water and environment testing field is a must. Bachelor’s degree in any stream. Excellent communication skills. Good computer operating skills Ability to communicate via telephone, email etc., Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques Fast learner and passion for sales Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
