Job Purpose Sales of various products of the Home Improvement division such as faucets, accessories etc. in a specified geography. Business Responsibility Areas Architect Mapping Create a database of all active architects in defined geography. Through AID visits in designated geo create and maintain AID tracker, current dealers associated with and current dealing brand. Collect AID database through current dealers. AID Meetings Conduct regular meetings with AID's. Conduct product briefings through regular contact with AIDs, demonstrate product features through catalogs, samples and collect feedback about the same. Demonstrate product features, Coordinate and liaison with technicians to resolve all AID queries" Maintain tracker with weekly visits to architects and updates on the same - i.e. o Number of catalogs/ collaterals distributed, o Number of product briefings conducted and o Number of AID sites visited" Active Architect / Firms To have at least number of active AID firms by end of year. (count will be decided by State head)
