We aim to provide a clear picture of the work you will be doing and how your contributions will benefit our customers. It is up to you to decide if we are worthy of your application.Responsibilities :- Develop new features and functionality for our WordPress-based properties using PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.- Create, set up, and manage the server and CDN setup for our website.- Monitor and improve website loading times, Time to First Byte (TTFB), and other performance metrics.- Diagnose and fix site bottlenecks related to caching, CDN, etc.- Customize WordPress core, plugins, and themes to meet business needs.- Implement responsive design and optimize site performance.- Integrate WordPress applications with APIs and external platforms.- Create website pages, landing pages, and HTML email templates using best practices.- Diagnose and debug plugin conflicts, performance issues, and other technical problems.- Create custom scripts and tools to migrate WordPress data into databases.- Assist with aggregating and analyzing user behavior data to derive insights.- Recommend enhancements based on website analytics and metrics.- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers.Must-Have Skills :- Expert knowledge of PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.- Full-stack development experience is essential.- Understanding of WordPress APIs, such as the WP REST API.- Familiarity with CDNs like CloudFlare, Fastly, etc.- Familiarity with analytics tools and platforms.- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team.Why Join Saleshandy :- We are a growing SaaS company on a journey from $1M to $5M ARR.- Our roles are designed to meet the evolving needs of our customers.- You will work with growth-oriented, like-minded teammates.- We are a young, geographically distributed team across India.How We Work at Saleshandy :- We have adopted the OKRs methodology to define business goals and measure progress.- Our content marketing process is inspired by approaches from Marketo and Ahrefs.- We draw inspiration from bootstrapped SaaS companies like Ahrefs, 37Signals, Close, and VWO.- We believe in building great products and businesses for the long term.
