About the job : SAP Customer Service LeadLocation : Bangalore- Minimum 10 years of experience in implementation & Support of S4 HANA CS projects.- Minimum 3 E2E experience in leading the CS track.- SAP configuration, implementation, and support in S/4 Hana environment.- Prefer to have global experience in leading the CS track in multiple country implementation with local taxation.- Strong experience in Finance integration preferred with respect to CS.- Ability to capture and translate business needs into functional specifications.- Have experience in providing consulting advice to customers on SCM process in SAP.- Has experience in driving the S4 project with FIORI, BTP platform.- Has experience in integrating the S4 with other systems.- Preferred to have worked in Japanese projects.Responsibilities :- Lead and manage a team of SAP customer service representatives .- Provide expert technical and functional support to SAP customers across various modules (e.g., SD, MM, HCM) - Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues related to SAP functionality - Escalate critical issues to appropriate teams and track resolution - Monitor and analyze customer service metrics (e.g., call resolution time, customer satisfaction) - Identify areas for improvement in customer service processes and procedures - Develop and implement training programs for customer service representatives - Maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders - Stay up-to-date on the latest SAP releases and functionalities (ref:hirist.tech)
