About the Role :We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP IBP Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in helping our clients optimize their supply chain processes by implementing and configuring SAP IBP solutions.Responsibilities :- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific supply chain planning needs- Design, configure, and implement SAP IBP solutions (focusing on S&OP, Demand Planning, Inventory Optimization, or Demand Driven Replenishment)- Manage and execute SAP IBP implementation projects from discovery to go-live- Integrate SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA using SAP Cloud Integration-Data Services (CI-DS) or Real Time Integration (RTI)- Configure and document SAP IBP scenarios according to project requirements- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery- Lead or participate in discovery workshops and meetings to gather client requirements- Develop innovative solutions to address client challengesQualifications :- 3+ years of experience in SAP IBP applications (S&OP, Demand Planning, Inventory Optimization, or Demand Driven Replenishment)- Minimum of 2 full life cycle implementations of SAP IBP for at least one application area- Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations (preferred)- Proven ability to plan, run, and manage workshops and meetings- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in English, with Hindi fluency a plusBenefits :- Competitive salary and benefits package- Opportunity to work on challenging and impactful projects- Work with cutting-edge SAP technology- Be part of a growing and dynamic team (ref:hirist.tech)
