Description:
Overview :- The SAP Lead plays a critical role in overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of SAP systems within the organization.- They are responsible for leading a team of SAP professionals, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of SAP projects.- The SAP Lead works closely with cross-functional teams to align SAP solutions with business objectives and drive process improvements.Key Responsibilities :- Lead and manage SAP implementation projects from inception to completion.- Provide expertise in SAP modules including FI/CO, SD, MM, and PP.- Oversee the design and development of custom SAP solutions utilizing ABAP programming.- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.- Develop and maintain technical documentation and system configurations.- Lead and mentor a team of SAP professionals, providing guidance and support.- Conduct system performance tuning and optimization.- Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and standards.- Manage relationships with external SAP vendors and service providers.- Identify opportunities for process enhancements and automation within the SAP landscape.- Participate in SAP roadmap planning and strategy development.- Conduct user training and provide ongoing support for SAP systems.- Perform system upgrades and patches as necessary.- Coordinate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP systems with other enterprise applications.- Resolve complex SAP system issues and provide technical support. Required Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.- Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP implementation and support.- Proven expertise in SAP ECC and S/4HANA.- Extensive experience in ABAP programming and debugging.- Strong understanding of SAP integration technologies and methodologies.- In-depth knowledge of SAP modules such as FI/CO, SD, MM, and PP.- Experience in leading SAP projects and managing cross-functional teams.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to analyze complex business processes and recommend SAP solutions.- Project management certification (PMP or equivalent) preferred.- Capability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.- Proven ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement in SAP systems.- Understanding of SAP security and authorization concepts.- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.- Knowledge of SAP best practices and industry trends.- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
