The Role The PMO will be responsible for establishing and running the Program Management Office for the specific Business unit working with Manager PMO with the objective of ensuring all projects are delivered using a ‘best-practice’ project delivery approach and are delivered within the agreed scope, time, cost and quality. This role will consist of collaborating with project managers, resource managers as providing strong leadership in a matrix environment to promote best practices in managing interrelated projects and programs to ensure successful delivery. The PMO will be responsible for the delivery projects, resources, providing expert knowledge and support and monitoring progress and reporting on the portfolio status. This role is also expected to ensure project resources have the correct toolsets and processes in place and that all relevant staff are trained and equipped to deliver successfully. If this opportunity excites you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet all of the qualifications: How You Will Make an Impact: Create/Setup/Update the projects into the Project Management tools by understanding the Contracts/SOW/PCR/Agreements. Own and Administer Project Management System to provide assistance and address queries raised by the stakeholders. Closely track the projects until its closure by tracking the Revenue (Delivered, Invoiced & Recognized), Budget Hours, Milestones and Overall Project Margins. Executing the Resource bookings within Project Management tools for the resources Allocation, De-allocation and Reallocation against the projects. To collaborate with different stakeholders within the organization to arrange required capacity for the upcoming projects. Coordinate within the global Professional Services department and collate the information required for Strategic business analysis. Assist and Support project teams on their daily Administrative activities. Perform regular timesheet audits and process compliance. Prepare and publish various reports and dashboards. To ensure timely updates of systems and reports for data accuracy. Own, follow-up and resolve issues with limited day-to-day supervision. Onboarding new hires by walking them through the standard systems and processes. Documenting and maintaining SOPs for process improvements What You Bring to the Team: To be successful in this role, we believe that you need to possess the following attributes. Requirements: Qualification: Graduates (preferably in streams like - Maths/Statistics/Business Operations). We are looking for 3 -5 yrs of strong experienced folks who enjoy the business of business and want to learn about the deep details that go into Project & Process Management. The specific skill sets that we are looking for are: Strong hands on experience on Project Management tools like NetSuite OpenAir, Jira, WorkDay, ServiceNow, MS Project, Smartsheets, etc., Sound Knowledge on Reporting and analytical tools like Power BI, Tableau, DataStudio. Accuracy in handling project & process related data. Strong attention to detail, organized and goal oriented. Willingness to be flexible and work across various time zones as needed by the business. Proficiency in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Projects, etc), Google Suite. Advanced knowledge of Excel (complex formulae, macros, functions) is highly desired. Excellent Verbal and Written communication Attributes: Proactive with a strong sense of urgency and competitive drive. Independent, entrepreneurial mindset with ability to make independent decisions.
