About the Role : We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Embedded Systems Engineer to join our team and play a vital role in designing and developing innovative electronic systems for the automotive industry. This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong foundation in electrical engineering principles, experience in the automotive domain, and a passion for creating cutting-edge solutions for the future of mobility.Responsibilities : - Define and own system and subsystem requirements across various functional domains (ADAS/AD, Body, Cockpit, Connectivity, Powertrain) considering user experience and cost constraints.- Design, develop, simulate, and validate SysML models and generate electrical system requirements.- Implement systematic requirements management practices for completeness, consistency, and correctness (following industry standards like INCOSE and MBSE).- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (hardware, software, safety) to ensure a holistic system design approach.- Develop electrical system requirements considering cybersecurity and functional safety (ISO 26262) principles.- Lead or participate in research activities to explore innovative technologies and solutions for automotive electronics.- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers within the team (if applicable).- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in automotive electronics, communication protocols, and regulatory standards.Requirements : - 3-5 years of experience in electrical engineering design or a related field, preferably within the automotive domain.- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, or a similar technical discipline.- Strong understanding of electrical engineering fundamentals (circuits, electromagnetism, power electronics).- Proficiency in system engineering methodologies (SysML, MBSE) for requirements definition and modeling.- Experience with automotive communication protocols (CAN, CAN FD, LIN, Ethernet, UDS) is a plus.- Solid knowledge of functional safety principles and ISO 26262 standards (a plus).- Experience with electronic design automation (EDA) tools and simulation software is a plus.- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
