Responsibilities:Technical Expertise: - Utilize your in-depth knowledge of Epicor ERP 10/Kinetic to architect, develop, and implement complex solutions tailored to our clients' needs.Leadership: - Lead and mentor a team of consultants, providing technical guidance, training, and support.Client Collaboration: - Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective Epicor solutions.Customization: - Develop and implement customizations, reports, and integrations within the Epicor framework.Documentation: - Prepare comprehensive documentation of technical solutions and configurations.Quality Assurance: - Ensure the quality and reliability of all technical deliverables, conducting testing and validation as needed.Troubleshooting: - Identify and resolve technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.Stakeholder Engagement: - Engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to ensure successful project outcomes.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- Proven experience as an Epicor Technical Consultant, with at least 7 years of hands-on experience.- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.- Expertise in Epicor ERP 10/Kinetic software, including customization, configurations, and integrations.- Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, SQL, and . NET.- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with clients.- Epicor certification (preferred).
