The ideal candidate will be a passionate problem-solver with a strong foundation in React and a commitment to creating exceptional user experiences.Responsibilities : - Design and develop beautiful, responsive, and interactive user interfaces (UIs) for our web applications, ensuring a seamless user experience across all devices.- Tackle complex technical challenges that directly impact the experience of millions of users.- Translate design requirements and mockups into fully functional features using React with a data-driven development approach.- Evaluate the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and collaborate with designers to implement them effectively.- Adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment where design and technology are constantly evolving.- Contribute to a smooth workflow within a remote-first team environment.Requirements :- 6 to 8 years of experience in front-end development, with a preference for experience in Fintech and product companies.- Expertise in building complex and responsive layouts using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (full web technology stack).- In-depth knowledge and experience with React and the Redux state management library.- A strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and design systems (a plus).- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.- A collaborative and results-oriented individual who thrives in a remote work environment.- Ability to facilitate meaningful discussions, actively listen to diverse perspectives, and build consensus among team members.
