Job Title : Senior Manager -Business Systems & Solutions ( Leadership role )Company : Global Finance FirmLocation : GurugramExperience: 15+ years in delivering solutions and managing large-scale technology systems in the Asset Management/Financial Services industry only.Role :Responsible for planning and solving complex system problems and delivering software capabilities on-premises and on AWS cloud. Act as primary liaison between business and technology units, with deep domain knowledge of asset management business. Manage relationships with leaders, team members, and vendors across multiple global locations.Analyze business problems, develop strategies and solutions leveraging current and new technologies - which includes designing and implementation of the solutions.Present ongoing projects/initiatives to senior leaders and ensure compliance and governance aspects are met. Analyze business problems and develop strategies leveraging current and new technologies. Collaborate with architects and various technical teams to formulate high- and low-level designs for implementation.Key Skills & Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, or similar field; or equivalent experience.- Expertise in technical application analysis, data mining, and self-serving in expansive data stores.- Deep knowledge of financial markets, investment strategies, and regulatory requirements.- Advanced skills in MS PowerBI, Tableau, or commitment to upskill.- Excellent SQL skills (on relational and cloud-based databases), data engineering, and experience with diverse application development teams.- Exposure to programming languages/tools like Python, Pyspark, ETL (Informatica, IDMC).- Knowledge of stored procedures, triggers, functions, Unix scripting, and hands-on experience with Cloud DWs like Snowflake, Redshift.- Sound knowledge of non-relational database types and experience working with unstructured data.
