About the Role :We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior .NET Azure Architect to join our growing team. In this critical role, you will leverage your extensive expertise in .NET development and Microsoft Azure cloud technologies to design, develop, and implement scalable and secure enterprise-grade solutions. You will play a pivotal role in guiding the technical direction of our cloud initiatives, ensuring our .NET applications are architected for optimal performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness within the Azure cloud environment.Responsibilities :Solution Architecture :- Design and architect complex .NET applications for deployment on Microsoft Azure.- Select and implement appropriate Azure services (e.g., App Service, Functions, VMs) based on application requirements and scalability needs.- Design secure and resilient cloud architectures, incorporating best practices for identity and access management, data encryption, and disaster recovery.- Collaborate with development teams to translate business requirements into well-defined technical specifications.Azure Expertise :- Possess deep knowledge of Azure services and functionalities, including compute, storage, networking, databases (e.g., Azure SQL Database, Cosmos DB), and containerization (e.g., Azure Container Instances, AKS).- Implement DevOps principles and practices to automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and CI/CD pipelines for .NET applications.- Monitor and optimize the performance and cost-efficiency of cloud deployments using Azure monitoring tools and cost management practices.Technical Leadership :- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team on best practices for .NET development on Azure.- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in .NET and Azure technologies and propose innovative solutions.- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers in cloud architecture principles.Communication and Collaboration :- Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (development, operations, and business units) to ensure successful project execution.Qualifications :- Minimum of 15+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core).- Proven experience in designing and architecting enterprise-scale applications.- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud platform and its core services.- Experience implementing DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for .NET applications on Azure.- Strong understanding of cloud security principles and best practices.- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.- A passion for cloud computing and continuous learning.
