About the Job :- Work directly with founders, product owners to drive the product outcome and take ownership of the process end-to-end.- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to iterate and validate product solutions by incorporating design processes, research and data insights.- Lead the research, ideation and conceptualisation representing the user while balancing the business needs.- Own and articulate design decisions and trade-offs to internal and external stakeholders, verbally and visually.- Advocate for an applied understanding of design sensibilities and design driven innovation across the aisle.About you :- You have 4+ years of experience as a product designer and a body of work to showcase it.- You have experience building, prototyping and evolving digital products from ideation to implementation.- You can communicate and articulate design decisions, processes and possible impacts within the realities of the product.- You are comfortable managing internal and external stakeholders.- You are ready to work within a highly collaborative and agile setup, structured for continuous discovery and iterated outcomes.- You are naturally curious, a design enthusiast, ready to push boundaries & learn within a multi-disciplinary team (ref:hirist.tech)
