Description:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Product Designer to join our team and play a vital role in crafting exceptional user experiences (UX) and intuitive user interfaces (UI) for our core product. The ideal candidate will be a user-centric problem solver with a strong design portfolio and a collaborative spirit.Responsibilities :- Partner closely with product managers and analysts to gather user insights, identify needs, and define user journeys.- Conduct user interviews and research to understand user pain points and aspirations, translating them into actionable design solutions.- Effectively present and communicate design concepts, prototypes, and user research findings to developers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.- Identify and resolve usability issues to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience.- Create high fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes to showcase user interface design and functionalities.- Transform wireframes into pixel-perfect, visually compelling UI designs that align with our brand identity.- Play a key role in establishing and maintaining a cohesive design language system for our product, ensuring design consistency and scalability.Requirements :- A minimum of 4 years of experience in a Product Design, UX/UI Design, or similar role.- A strong design portfolio showcasing exceptional user-focused design solutions and a problem-solving approach.- In-depth understanding of User-Centered Design (UCD) processes, design principles, and design systems.- Proficiency in industry-standard design and wireframing tools (e.g., Figma, preferred).- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively convey design ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams.- Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively and meet deadlines consistently.- A proactive and results-oriented individual with a passion for creating beautiful and user friendly products.
