"Function: Technical Management - Product ManagementResponsibilities : - Drive product strategy and execute on the prioritized roadmap for your stream- Lead a cross-functional team, partnering with engineering, data, design and other teams to ship major features and product improvements driving efficiency- Define, track and report on key product, business and customer metrics- Seek product ideas and feedback, gather requirements, write specs, create wireframes and workflows- Partner with the design and user research teams to understand customer problems and identify and iterate on solutions- Define clear and well-scoped requirements documents that are easily understood by technical and non-technical audiences- Work with our data team to understand customer behavior and identify problems and opportunities- Collaborate with internal stakeholders in support, marketing, business and operations to develop launch strategy, product messaging and training.Requirements :- The candidate should have experience leading agile product development teams- Must have prior experience in Product Management Vertical - Growth /Revenue/Customer Experience/Platform/Payments/Supply Chain.- The candidate should be comfortable working from Bangalore location.- B. tech/B. E is preferred OR equivalent practical experience- Experience working as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale products- Prior experience in FMCG/Internet/E-Commerce is preferred" (ref:hirist.tech)
