They provide a range of services to help new business get off the ground, including technology, growth, finance, legal, and so much more!Job Overview :We're seeking a Senior Python Developer, the ideal candidate will have a strong and advanced Python knowledge with Django/ Flask framework, and experience with cloud services and SQL database.A track-record in delivering results in a fast-moving business and hence be comfortable with change and uncertainty.Also, an Excellent stakeholder management experience is essential to being successful in this role.Candidate must open to work from the office, 5 days and must join at Andheri East, Mumbai office from day one!Responsibilities :- Play an important role in the setting up of infrastructure according to business requirements- Work closely with Product Management, Software Development, Data Science, and Data Engineering teams to develop scalable and innovative engineering and analytical solutions- Ensure smooth processes between our teams in India and UK- Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimising data delivery and re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability- Build the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources- Help combine multiple data sources to make it usable for the businessPersonal Skills :- Ability to think out of the box along and strong analytical skills- Excellent organisation skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask- Demonstrated sense of responsibility and capability to deliver quickly- Excellent communication skills. Clearly articulating and documenting technical and functional specifications is a key requirement- Proactive problem-solver- Build relationships with various stakeholders, team player- Flexibility to work in multiple complex projects and changing prioritiesMust have :- 4+ years of experience in a Python Development- Experience with Python, Django, Flask, and SQL databases- Experience with AWS (if not, then other cloud platforms)- Experience of the full software development life cycle with industry best practices is crucial, knowledge of CI/CD is preferredNice to have :- Knowledge of cookies, tracking and compliance- Working in a marketing/sales based engineering role or a good understanding of the marketing/sales function- Understanding of Machine Learning algorithms and techniquesQualifications : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (ref:hirist.tech)
