Primary Skills: Quality Assurance, Web and Mobile Application,- Selenium, Appium, Scrum And Kanban. Good to have: ISTQB or similar certification is a plus Qualification: Any Engineering/ Computers degree Roles & Responsibilities: - Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and test cases for software products - Execute manual and automated tests to ensure the quality and stability of software applications - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize test cases based on business requirements - Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks - Analyze test results and communicate findings to stakeholders, including developers, product managers, and other team members - Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives - Mentor junior QA team members and provide guidance on testing best practices and methodologies - Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness (ref:hirist.tech)
