About the Role :We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior System Integration Tester to join our growing team. In this critical role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful integration and functionality of new systems within our claims processing environment. You will leverage your expertise in test case development, data preparation, execution, and analysis to identify and address potential issues before deployment, contributing to the quality and reliability of our claims processing systems.Responsibilities :Test Planning and Design :- Develop comprehensive test plans and scenarios to validate system integration functionality.- Identify and document test cases covering all aspects of the new system and its interaction with existing claims processing software.Data Management :- Prepare and manage test data to support the execution of various test cases.- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of test data to achieve effective test coverage.Test Execution and Analysis :- Execute test cases thoroughly, following established testing methodologies.- Analyze test results to identify defects, bugs, and potential integration issues.- Document test findings effectively, including detailed descriptions and expected results.Defect Management :- Log and track identified defects in a designated bug tracking system.- Collaborate with developers to ensure timely resolution of reported issues.Reporting and Communication :- Generate clear and concise test reports summarizing test execution results and identified defects.- Communicate test findings effectively to stakeholders, including developers and business users.- Contribute to the development and maintenance of testing metrics for continuous improvement.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).- Minimum 5+ years of experience in system integration testing, with a focus on claims processing software.- Proven experience in developing comprehensive test plans, scenarios, and detailed test cases.- Strong understanding of test data management principles and practices.- Expertise in test case execution, analysis, and defect tracking using relevant tools and methodologies.- Experience with mainframe testing and data manipulation techniques (e.g., TeraData queries).- Familiarity with claims processing workflows and terminology (a plus).- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.- A passion for quality assurance and ensuring system reliability.
