Job Description Provide expertise and delivery of ServiceNow based consulting initiatives. Communicate technical problems and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to convey complex technical concepts in understandable business terms. Participate in business stakeholder workshops and showcases. Provide Subject Matter Expertise Consult with business analyst/project manager to develop appropriate technical solutions. Execute technical solutions in capacity as a ServiceNow technical subject matter expert. Coach/advise other team members as required. Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow release and new capabilities. Participate in ServiceNow forums and communities. Primary Skills • Minimum 5 years’ developer/technical delivery experience • Minimum 3 years’ hands-on ServiceNow development/technical experience • Experience implementing ServiceNow solutions in Current ServiceNow Certifications including at least CSA and CIS Software Asset Management • Experience using JavaScript, CSS and HTML Secondary Skills Tertiary degree qualification in a relevant discipline Experience in Agile delivery methodology
