Role - ServiceNow DeveloperExperience - 8-12 yearsLocation - BangaloreMust have :- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and other relevant modules- Experience in ServiceNow scripting languages, including JavaScript, Glide Script, and AngularJS- Experience in Service NowJob Description :- This position will be working in a team that is responsible for planning strategy for ServiceNow and reporting to the ITSM Manager, this role will focus on the following areas.- Responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of complex solutions on the ServiceNow platform.- This role requires in-depth technical expertise in ServiceNow development, as well as taking charge of the creation, fundamental configuration, and technical know-how of our ServiceNow installations.- The candidate will be asked to offer first-rate training, support, and customer service.- This role requires an organized, self-driven person who can thrive working alone or in a team and can quickly adjust to changing priorities.- The ideal candidate has a solution-focused mindset, is enthusiastic about technology, loves providing excellent customer service, and works well under pressureKey skills and experience required (Mandatory) :- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a proven track record of delivering complex solutions.- Extensive knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, components, and capabilities.- Strong proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages, including JavaScript, Glide Script, and AngularJS.- Expertise in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules and applications, including leveraging APIs and integrations.- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and other relevant modules.- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex technical requirements.- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Duties and responsibilities :- Lead the design and architecture of solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements and objectives.- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations, including Incident Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, CMDB, and beyond.- Design and implement complex ServiceNow workflows, forms, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.- Provide technical guidance, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, propose solutions, and drive the implementation process.- Perform code reviews, unit testing, system testing, and performance tuning to ensure high-quality deliverables.- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation using the ServiceNow platform.- Stay abreast of ServiceNow platform updates, new features, and industry best practices, and provide recommendations for adoption.- Serve as a subject matter expert on ServiceNow development and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team and across the organization.Qualification :- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a proven track record of delivering complex solutions.- ServiceNow certifications such as- Certified Application Developer (CAD),- Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), or- Certified System Administrator (CSA) are highly desirable.
