Responsibilities :- Be both highly technical and an effective people manager- Provide clear and concise instructions to engineering teams- Lead teams that deliver multiple projects- Collaborate with various functions and Drive execution and deliver- Participate in technical designMinimum Qualifications :- 8+ years of software engineering work experience, including hands-on technical management building holistic software solution with distributed microservices architecture- 5+ years of coding experience in MERN stack, Kafka, Redis- Proven work experience as an Engineering Manager or similar role- Analytical skills for evaluating information carefully and solving complex problems- Demonstrated experience recruiting and managing technical teams, including performance management- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in software engineering, computer science or related field.
