Job Description : - Technical Support and Guidance : Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting assistance, and best practice recommendations to customers leveraging Juniper networking and security solutions. This could involve assisting with network design, configuration, optimization, and problem resolution.- Solution Design and Architecture : Collaborate with customers to design, implement, and optimize Juniper-based networking and security solutions. This might include designing and deploying routing and switching configurations, firewall policies, VPN solutions, SD-WAN deployments, etc.- Product Education and Training : Conduct technical training for network administrators and end-user education on network security best practices.- Escalation Management : Coordinate with Juniper technical support engineers and product development teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.- Account Planning and Strategy : Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products and services to meet customer needs.- Risk Management : Work with internal teams to mitigate risks and ensure successful outcomes for customers.- Documentation and Reporting : Maintain detailed documentation of customer configurations, support interactions, and project statuses.
