Job Description Hypersonix is expanding its Product Management Team and is hiring a marketing-minded Product Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding our prospective customers' business problems and defining product strategies that uniquely solve them. You will collaborate closely with the Customer Success, Data Science, Engineering, and Sales teams to ensure Hypersonix can be successful with each client. You will develop and customize our product marketing materials, drive product positioning, and act as a bridge between product development and sales support. Roles and Responsibilities Product Strategy and Development: Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify gaps and opportunities in the retail AI market. Product Roadmaps: Develop and manage product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with market demand and customer requirements. Feature Prioritization: Work closely with engineering and data science teams to prioritize features based on customer feedback and market trends. Retail Operations Expertise: Utilize experience in inventory management, promotions, store execution, and pricing to inform product development. Product Marketing and Positioning: Value Proposition: Develop product strategies and messaging for retail technology products and solutions, highlighting their value proposition and unique selling points. Marketing Collateral: Create compelling marketing collateral, such as product reviews, case studies, and technical documentation, tailored to the retail industry. Sales Enablement: Create and maintain a repository of content that the sales team can leverage to address specific customer pain points. Customer and Industry Insights: Feedback Analysis: Gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and industry-specific insights to inform product development and marketing strategies. Industry Expertise: Leverage past experience in the retail industry to develop trust and better understand the pain points and requirements of potential customers. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Team Coordination: Work closely with product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to align product features with overall business objectives and go-to-market strategies. Sales Support: Provide sales teams with the necessary tools and knowledge to effectively position Hypersonix solutions to prospective customers. Training: Onboard and train new employees on our solution and value proposition, ensuring they understand our products and market positioning. Technical Sales Support: Product Demonstrations: Deliver product demonstrations, comprehending business problems and showcasing how the solution can deliver requested business outcomes on the fly.
