About the job :Job Description :Role : Technical Business Partner (Health Insurance) Experience : 10-12 yearsResponsibilities :- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and define business requirements for the CPAS solution implementation and its integration with other systems.- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for the IT and vendor teams.- Serve as a bridge between the business side and the IT side, ensuring that the CPAS solution aligns with business needs and processes.- Lead and manage the CPAS solution implementation project from initiation to closure.- Manage project risks and issues, creating mitigation strategies and ensuring timely resolution.- Work with the Vendor and business to prioritize deliverables based on business needs and project constraints.- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by creating test cases, coordinating with end users, and ensuring that the solution meets business requirements.- Document processes, requirements, and solution designs for future reference and training.- Assist in training users on the new systems and processes.- Provide ongoing support post-implementation, identifying areas of improvement and optimization.Qualifications :- Bachelor or Master degree in Business, IT, or a related field with a strong emphasis on health insurance processes and systems.- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.- Familiarity with IT systems, integrations, and the software development lifecycle.- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
