Summary :- We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Technical Project Manager to join our growing team.- You will be responsible for leading and managing the development and delivery of complex software projects, particularly those focused on Java/J2EE technologies and the banking domain.- You will leverage your strong technical expertise and project management skills to ensure successful project execution, on time, within budget, and meeting all quality standards.Responsibilities :Project Management :- Lead and manage the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC) for assigned projects, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure.- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation.- Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing potential issues and implementing contingency plans.- Track project progress, measure performance against baselines, and report key metrics to stakeholders.- Manage project scope, ensuring deliverables meet all functional and technical requirements.Technical Expertise :- Provide technical guidance and direction to development teams, leveraging your in-depth knowledge of Java/J2EE technologies.- Understand and analyze complex technical requirements, translating them into clear and actionable plans.- Work closely with developers to ensure code quality, adherence to best practices, and efficient implementation.- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Java/J2EE technologies and banking domain trends.Leadership and Communication :- Provide strong leadership and direction to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.- Clearly communicate project goals, objectives, and progress to all stakeholders, including developers, clients, and senior management.- Manage customer expectations and ensure successful project delivery, exceeding client satisfaction.- Proactively manage risks and issues, keeping stakeholders informed and addressing concerns effectively.Qualifications :11+ Years of Experience : - Proven track record of at least 11 years of experience in Java/J2EE related projects and banking projects.Technical Project Management : - Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a technical project management role, demonstrating successful project delivery within budget and timeline constraints.Technical Skills :- Strong expertise in Core Java, Multithreading, J2EE, Design Patterns.- Proficiency in Spring Core, Spring MVC, Spring Batch, Web Services (REST/SOAP).- Experience with Oracle SQL/PLSQL and deployment/cluster application architecture.- Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies a plus.Banking Domain Expertise : - Experience working on banking domain projects, including Retail, Corporate, Internet, or Payment domains.Hands-on Java Experience : - Solid understanding of Java programming with practical experience in banking application development and maintenance.Leadership and Communication Skills : - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Team Management : - Ability to effectively manage and motivate teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills : - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve project challenges effectively.Notice Period - Immediate to 30 days- All days work from office including alternate Saturdays (ref:hirist.tech)
