Job Description : Responsibilities :- Over time, displays a thorough grasp of the complete product suite.- Creates and manages technical documentation, including product documentation, API documentation, technical specifications, and release notes.- Works closely with product owners and developers to ensure the accuracy and completeness of documentation.- Stays Up to date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing and documentation.- Suggests innovative and new-age ideas for technical documentation.- Develops compelling and engaging marketing material, including presentations, case studies, and website content, to effectively communicate product features, and benefits to target audiences.- Adapt writing style and tone to target different audience segments - both external customers and internal technical audiences.Technical requirements : - Person with great communications ability, who ideally could fill in for documentation of the product, and also write-ups of features for product marketing purposes and technical documentation.- 4+ years' industry experience as an effective technical writer.- Experience managing documentation in Word, Postman API, Gitbook and Confluence.- Good written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.- Experience with video editing tools like Captivate and Adobe Premiere for creating instructional videos and tutorials.- Familiarity with Figma for designing visual elements and graphics.- Basic familiarity with the SDLC and software development.
