The integration of the award winning CS cortex AI/ML engineering capabilities into Tecnotree's 5G multi-cloud enabled digital stack, is aligned with our current global strategy to provide intelligent and immersive customer experience journeys, further enhancing our abilities to provide new innovative global offerings.The Business Analyst will be responsible for architecting solutions, performing requirement gathering and compliances to products, conducting product demonstrations & providing technical inputs towards proposals.Provide technical support to the customer, Engineering , QC , Delivery and product team by way of subject matter expertise in products/technologies and by possessing knowledge of competitive products and technologies.Develop constructive partnership with potential and existing customers through which new revenue streams can be created for Tecnotree.Positions Overview : Responsibilities :- Develop knowledge of domain, product, process and technology that are required to build knowledge of the competitive landscape.- Collates, design and deliver technical/commercial/business presentation on products & services using attractive visual aids.- Works with customer to gather and document requirements, guiding the customer to develop requirements across multiple domain areas.- Creates designs that meets the customer requirements, fits within the BSS infrastructure and is designed to make the best use of company product offerings.- Ensures technical viability of solutions as defined in the Statement of Work and subsequent change requests, identifying, resolving and mitigating technical issues and risks.- Grooming sessions with internal teams and making sure the requirements are clear to engineering/delivery teams and delivered as per expectation.- Manages technical customer interactions from kick off through UAT.- Coordinates with development and test teams to keep the deliverables on target and on time.- Provides feedback to the solution engineering team for improvements, market trends and product issues.- Pursues knowledge of upcoming product features as they are made known or released.- Explains product capabilities and implementation approach with multiple solution options including techno-commercial requirements to customers.- Works with project representatives with little supervision to define impact and technical solutions in dealing with the client.- May participate as a member of the solution engineering team, providing both regional and global guidance regarding solutions and methodologies.- Reviews CER requirements for technical accuracy and mapping requirements to Products.- Preparation and Maintenance of various Collaterals as per development lifecycle needs.Required Skill Set :- Strong Knowledge on Telecom BSS and Digital aspects.- Any Past Experience on customer engagement, customer requirement gathering, Solution consulting ,Presales is preferred.- Visualize/define solution for customer requirements, independently.- High degree of customer management skills.- Strong Analytical, facilitation, consultation and convening skills.- Strong Interpersonal skills.- Ability to build trust and productive relationships.- Self-motivated and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to influence and gain cooperation.- Ability to suitably adapt communication based on the audience, e.g. technical vs. management.- Ability to prioritize effectively within and across one or more assignments through good judgement, seeking guidance where appropriate.Experience Level / Years of Experience :- Candidate should have 8+ years of working experience on mentioned technologies and skills.Minimum Qualification / Education : Engineering GraduateTarget Companies / Industry : Any telecom-based company.
