Knowledge of any other regional language is a plus. Notice Period - Immediate joiners will be preferred. Work role 1.Calling the customer to remind the due date of the installment.2.Reminder calls to delinquent customers who failed to make the EMI payment.3.Explain the consequences to customers of not paying on time. Skills ● Decent communication skills both written & verbal.● Should have basic knowledge of the internet and other search engine usage.● Good observation skills and presentable.
