Job: Telecom Engineer-A/SA Location: Pune Job Description: The telecom engineer supports the day to day operations of call centers that support CIS, TriZetto Provider Solutions, BPO teams, internal help desks, Bolder Health clients and TMG Health BPaaS clients. The engineer ensures calls are flowing as expected, faxes are being routed, agents are receiving CTI, and calls are being recorded. The telecom engineer ensures IP phones at the office locations are working as well. The engineer works closely with the network and server/data center team to ensure equipment is working properly. Skills and Qualifications: Supports Cisco UCCE environment that supports 800 agent call center Expertise in Verint call recording and work force management Familiarity with dial peers and ICM scripting Experience with Calabrio andor Verint call recording and work force management RightFAX and Stonefax administration Cisco UCCX and UCCE proficiency Installation of Jabbar and Cisco IP Communicator on agent endpoints Understanding of network concepts and call tracing functionality CTI integration understanding Works closely with development teams on application integration"
