We want the most ambitious people to work with us, and the most ambitious people to work for us.Role : Senior UX DesignerLocation : BengaluruJob Description :- Bridge the Gap : Conduct user research, analyze data, and translate insights into sitemaps, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.- Design with Focus : Craft user journeys and user interfaces, ensuring a seamless experience across all devices.- Embrace Learning : Stay up-to-date on the latest UX trends and technologies, continuously testing and refining your designs based on user feedback.- Collaborate for Success : Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to bring your designs to life.- Communicate Clearly : Effectively present ideas and design decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.Other Skills & Abilities :- Possesses 6+ years of experience as a UX Designer, with a solid portfolio showcasing your design process and past projects.- Is proficient in industry-standard UX design tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.- Has a strong understanding of user-centred design principles and methodologies (UCD, user research, user testing, etc.).- Demonstrates excellent communication and collaboration skills.- Has a passion for great design and a desire to learn and evolve constantly.
