Description:
Role : UI/UX DesignerResponsibilities :- Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand project requirements and objectives.- Design intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts.- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.- Incorporate user feedback and analytics data to improve user experience.- Ensure consistency and coherence across all design elements and interactions.- Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and best practices.- Work closely with frontend developers to implement designs and ensure pixel-perfect execution.- Participate in design critiques and brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas.Requirements :- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects.- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.- Experience with user research techniques and usability testing.- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for frontend implementation.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment and meet project deadlines.
