Business Analyst - Treasury Domain (FX/MM/SE) About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. You will play a key role in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) by bridging the gap between business stakeholders and the development team. Your responsibilities will encompass gathering requirements, defining solutions, creating functional specifications, and ensuring the quality of delivered solutions through testing and collaboration.Responsibilities:- Conduct product walkthroughs to gain a deep understanding of existing functionalities.- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.- Partner with developers to define and document functional specifications based on agreed-upon requirements.- Participate in the test planning process, develop test cases, and execute test scenarios to ensure quality deliverables.- Track and manage identified defects throughout the development lifecycle.- Contribute to test automation efforts to improve efficiency and coverage.- Continuously learn and apply your financial domain knowledge within assigned projects.- Foster strong communication and collaboration with stakeholders across departments.Requirements:- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a proven track record of success in the SDLC.- Strong understanding of Treasury domain concepts, with a focus on FX, Money Market, and Securities modules.- Solid knowledge of accounting principles and their application within the Treasury domain.- Experience with leading and participating in SDLC and STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle) methodologies.- A demonstrated ability to learn new areas within the banking domain and adapt to evolving business needs.- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.- Experience with defect tracking tools like JIRA is a plus.
