Apply now! What you’ll do As a member of PCE Manufacturing team, you are responsible for the UA content of your scrum teams. This would include: Researching and defining terminology Editing user interface texts to ensure usability and that the texts conform to SAP’s standards Planning, researching, and writing the documentation (such as context-sensitive help, user guides) required by SAP’s customers. You will also be required to create product videos, and at times blog about a specific feature. Interactions with SAP’s customers, and partners on UA projects, where relevant Be the UX Advocate for your scrum teams What you bring Strong relevant educational qualifications UA developer (technical writer) with at least 3-6 years of technical writing experience. Excellent written and spoken English skills Confident with UA tools and SAP systems documentation, and DDLC. Exposure to SAP S/4HANA systems and documentation process will be an added advantage Experience in being part of a large-scale software development projects distributed across geographical locations Ability to work effectively in a fast paced and changing business environment.
