Codal is seeking an exceptional, full-time Sales Vice President to lead our sales function with the purpose of the company's strategic goals achievement. Job Responsibilities You will lead a team of sales professionals to meet the company's client acquisition and growth objectives. You will be responsible for: Direct and coordinate company’s sales and marketing functions Direct and oversee the company marketing function to identify and develop new clients for software services. Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs and results. Develop and manage sales and marketing budgets, and oversee the development and management of internal operating budgets. Plan and coordinate public affairs, and communications efforts, to include public relations and community outreach. Research and develop strategies and plans which identify marketing opportunities, direct marketing, and new project development. Supervise the planning and development of company marketing and communications materials. Represent the company at various community and/or business meetings to promote the company. Directly manage major and critical client accounts and coordinate the management of all other accounts. Establish and implement short and long-range goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our client base. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationship Partner with clients to understand their business needs and objectives Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations. Building a high performing team by providing strong mentorship, coaching and guidance. Ensuring timely recognition and reward for top achievers and implementing performance. management actions when needed. Ensuring the proper use of CRM databases and tools to track performance. Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders. Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor analysis. Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts. Take care of professional documentations like Business Proposals, Service agreements, NDA etc. Key Requirements Prior experience and strong track record of success in a senior sales leadership role. Should have successfully built, scaled and led high performing sales teams. Should be a good team-player that thrives in helping others succeed.
