Job Description Experienced delivery leader in SAP transformation with 20+ experience with 15+ years in delivering large & complex large engagements. The role holder will be responsible for managing the overall delivery ecosystem for SAP Transformation. The candidate will be responsible for providing management oversight of all key activities in the S4 HANA, driving SAP programs and functional leaders from clients. Primary Skills Should have acted as SAP leader with the ability to manage large teams, ~1500. Must have experience in transformation roadmap and be able to marshal the troupes to make it happen. Exposure in Client centric leadership behaviors underpinned by efficient operational management of the team. Build the future-ready practice which can elevate the role of India in delivering complex programs. Most importantly, seen as an approachable, people-centric leader. Should be able to drive complex S/4 engagements in client-facing roles. Should be able to steer and give direction to S/4 Transformation Programs. Should have strong exposure in people leadership roles. Should have done Greenfield / Brownfield Implementations in SAP Space Accountable for project delivery and KPIs for one of the key towers in the Project. Should have worked in SAP hand on Roles before onboarding in Managerial positions. Secondary Skills Accountable for meeting SLA’s and ensuring that there are no penalties due to operational misses at a Tower level. Accountable for achieving project-specific Productivity Savings targets by means of levers such as automation, PPM Accountable for maintaining project-specific pyramid to ensure that the sub-BU meets it’s budgeted cost. Should have worked in SAP Technologies PM methodologies-Agile, Waterfall
