Job Description Website Design Manager We are looking for an experienced and creative Website Design Manager to lead our website design team. This role involves overseeing the design and development of websites for a diverse range of clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and innovative web solutions. The ideal candidate will need to have a strong background in web design, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the ability to lead and inspire a team of designers. Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Work mode: Hybrid (2 Days WFO & 3 Days WFH) Industry Type: IT Services & Consulting Core Responsibilities: Leading and managing the website design team, setting clear objectives, and ensuring deadlines are met. Collaborating with clients and stakeholders to understand their requirements and translating these into creative and effective website designs. Overseeing the entire design process of websites, from concept to completion, ensuring a high standard of visual execution. Staying up-to-date with the latest web design trends and technologies to ensure our offerings are innovative and competitive. Providing mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Continuous Training and Development: Arrange training programs and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of the operations team members. Other Responsibilities: Resource Management: Efficient allocation and management of design resources to meet project requirements. Quality Assurance: Ensuring all website designs meet our quality standards and are aligned with client expectations. Client Interaction: Regular communication with clients to gather feedback and make necessary design adjustments. Team Development: Organizing training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and stay current with industry trends. Requirements: 1. At least 5 years of experience in leading web design projects and teams. 2. Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Should have a successful track record of handling a team of around 20–35 members. 4. Knowledge on Photoshop, Figma & other tools is a must Powered by JazzHR
