Our client's cutting edge solutions include : - ASIC Design - Verification - Physical Design - DFT - Circuit Design & Layout - FPGA Design and EmulationThey are looking for Deep Sub Micron Analog Circuit Design to be based at Hyderabad with the following:- Total 5 to 10 years of experience with 5+ years of experience in analog circuit design in advanced deep sub-micron CMOS process.- Expertise in Cadence ADE, Synopsys Primetime/Finesim is a must. - Exposure to netlist driven simulation flow is an added advantage.- Knowledge of deep-sub-micron aging affects like HCI, burn sims etc is required.- Good understanding of Analog Layout fundamentals (e.g., Matching, Electro-migration, Latch- up, coupling, crosstalk, IR-drop, active and passive parasitic devices etc.)- Understand priority and optimize circuits for speed, capacitance, power, and area.- Ability to understand design constraints and implement high-quality circuits with integrity.- Knowledge of digital design, shell scripting, python is added advantage.- Prior experience of silicon success/debug and basic knowledge of probing, packaging is good.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
