Position Overview :We are seeking a talented and experienced Abinitio Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Abinitio development, with a strong foundation in Abinitio basics and advanced concepts. As an Abinitio Developer you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing ETL solutions that meet our clients' business needs and objectives.Responsibilities :Abinitio Development Expertise :- Hands-on experience in basics of Abinitio, including Plans, GDE (Graphical Development Environment), PSETs (Parameter Sets), complex components, co-op (Continuous Flows), tagging, backend commands, and Generic graphs.- Experience in handling Generic graphs, Plans, PSETs, and complex Abinitio graphs to develop robust ETL solutions.- Proficiency in Abinitio migration projects, such as co-op upgrades, ensuring smooth transition and minimal disruption to existing systems.SQL Fundamentals :- Strong SQL fundamentals, with the ability to write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and optimize database performance.- Experience in data migration projects involving Abinitio, ensuring data integrity and consistency across cloud platforms.ETL Landscape Knowledge :- A good understanding of the end-to-end ETL landscape, starting from source systems, data warehouses, data marts, and reporting layers.- Experience in designing and implementing ETL solutions that adhere to best practices and industry standards.Cloud Data Migration :- Experience in data migration projects on cloud platforms, leveraging Abinitio to seamlessly move and transform data between on-premises and cloud environments.Teradata Expertise :- Good analytical and logical skills in writing SQL queries, stored procedures, and creating data marts/views in Teradata.- Hands-on experience in Teradata ETL tools and utilities, with the ability to optimize performance and troubleshoot issues.Communication and Presentation :- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality outcomes.Preferred Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.- Certification in Abinitio or related technologies.- Experience with other ETL tools and technologies, such as Informatica, Talend, or DataStage.- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
