Role & responsibilities: Knowledge of direct and indirect taxes. Proficiency in accounting software tally and MS Office applications. Addressing queries about payroll-related issues. Knowledge of legislation and procedures pertaining to salary deductions. knowledge of Individual salary IT computation and filing of Form 24Q. Knowledge of IT Investment verification. Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned by the senior accountants or management. Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within the team. Adherence to all prescribed ethical guidelines, including confidentiality. Skills and Experience: Relevant experience of 2 to 3 years. Bachelor’s in Finance and plus. Knowledge of income tax, Labor law, ESI, PF and PT payments and returns. Knowledge of payroll and statutory deductions. Coordination with Statutory and Internal Auditors. Office Timing: 1pm to 9pm IST Office Location: Manyata Tech Park, Bangalore, India Work Model: In person at Office, Hybrid.
