About the department You will be joining the DD&IT GBS unit, responsible for managing over 40 global IT systems at Novo Nordisk. Our systems are critical to the execution of key business processes across various areas, including R&D, Sales, Finance, and more. The FLGS-IT Systems team focuses on systems that support finance, legal, and procurement processes within Novo Nordisk. The Position As an Advanced Business Analyst I, at Novo Nordisk, you will have the following responsibilities: Maintenance, monitoring, and support of Coupa Contract System, Integration with DocuSign including GxP version. Sharing incident and problem status with the system manager and conducting regular meetings with LOBs (Line of Business) on incident and problem-related to contracts. Partnering with LOBs to drive key projects in Corporate Procurement. Maintaining and supporting Coupa infrastructural activity and participating in and supporting SarbOx audit-related activities. Hands-on experience in ITIL processes, including operations and maintenance activities such as release/change management, incident and problem management, and user access management. Qualifications MSC, MBA, BA, or similar graduate degree in relevant field (Software Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, Business Administration). Should have overall 7+ year of IT industry experience with relevant 4+years’ experience of financial services industry. Experience of pharma industry is nice to have. Experience using Coupa or similar tools for contracts life cycle management. Experience or knowledge of GxP Computer system validation Very strong experience in collaborating and communicate with stakeholders, vendors, end users. Capability to understand the business needs quickly with good Interpersonal Skills Excellent communication skills written and verbal English.
